Meet Our Staff
Vice President of Development and Community Engagement
Andrea Marler leads Resource Development, which includes fundraising and volunteer programs; Communications and Marketing; and Advocacy. Before joining Habitat, Andrea served the State of Oklahoma as an Outreach and Development Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. She still supports this effort as a Mental Health First Aid trainer throughout the state. Andrea has many years of experience as a small business owner and served on several non-profit boards. She is currently on the board of Earth/Rebirth and is involved in the work of homelessness and food insecurity in the city of Norman. She has B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.
Vice President of Program
Michaelle Statham oversees Habitat’s Home Application and Family Support programs as well as Brush with Kindness, and Construction. Before joining Habitat, Michaelle was the Director of Substance Abuse Prevention Services in Oklahoma County. She has served the state of Oklahoma for 28 years working as an executive and legislative liaison. She received her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
Cheri Lee oversees all human resources as well as accounting/bookkeeping for Habitat. She has over 25 years of experience in office management and payroll. Cheri began her time with Habitat as a volunteer. Her outstanding leadership qualities and attention to detail led her to becoming a permanent part of the staff. Cheri is involved in several Christian women’s ministries and her desire to help others drives her daily purpose.
Kendra manages all aspects of the Restore, including donation procurement, processing and sales. She was formally on the fundraising committee and has supported Habitat for years both as a volunteer and donor. Kendra has many years experience as a business manager/owner and has a Master’s in Psychology.
