OU, I help students who are not academically successful.

What do people say you do?
Advise students which is only a small part of my job.

How long have you been on the Board for CCHFH?
This is my second time on the board which is my eighth year.

How do you feel CCHFH is changing?
For the better! It is not as invisible as it was nine years ago.

If you could give your 18 year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?
A positive attitude can move mountains, especially when it is a self made mountain.

Where do you work and what do you do?
I am self employed as the Broker for Coldwell Banker Heart of Oklahoma Real Estate (branch office) in Norman, OK 73069. I manage my company and I "oversee and guide" Realtor(R) associates in my office.

What do people say you do?
I am certain they would say that I find homes for people.

If you were not doing this, what other job might you enjoy?
I am passionate about building energy-efficient homes.

How long have you been on the Board for CCHFH?
This is the start of my 3rd year.

How do you feel CCHFH is changing?
I know we are very much changing for the better. The organization seems more relaxed as members seem to be more willing to voice thoughts. Our finances are in much better order and reporting is much more accurate.

If you could give your 18 year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Be a life-long learner.

Where do you work and what do you do?
I started Vanguard Property Inspectors, LLC in January 2010 as a start up company to franchise out across North America. This two year plan allows me to see exactly how long it takes to get the company in a profitable position using various marketing techniques and networking avenues. VPI is a property inspection company that works with Real Estate transactions. People that call on VPI services range from Bankers, Buyers, Builders, Lenders, Sellers, Realtors, Investors, Lawyers and home Owners who just want a punch list of maintenance items.

What do people say you do?
I guess I'm better known as the Home Inspector.

If you were not doing this, what other job might you enjoy?
I have never really thought about what I wanted to do, I have always gone where GOD has opened the door for me. My blessed life is a direct result of my obedience to GOD and Glorifying his name in every vocation he has directed me to.

How long have you been on the Board for CCHFH?
I'm one of the newest board members, joining this past March. Again I'm not real sure why I was directed to CCHfH but I'm here and I'll do my best to help guide this organization for the next few years.

How do you feel CCHFH is changing?
Being one of the newest board members, I'm not all to sure where CCHfH is coming from. I have had a few veteran board members try to explain and according to them it's changing greatly.

If you could give your 18 year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?
The problem here lies within the fact that not a lot of 18 yo listen to advice. I'm quite sure I didn't when I was 18. But I would hope that I could pass on the fruitfulness of having wisdom. "Seek ye first, the kingdom of GOD"
